An ode

"Am i dead?"

The Gentlemen said,

In slacks and a leather coat.

"You are" the ferryman said,

to the man who was dead

"now kindly get in the boat"

"Have you sat nav?" asked he

the dead man you see

was a fan of gadgets and qvc

"i've recently bought a brand new wii,

it cost just 293!

I'm a great believer in technology.

So have you sat nav?" asked he

The ferry smiled and bowed his head,

"No" the old ferryman said

"It's a funny thing when you are dead,

you know eactly where you tread

There's no need for sat nav when you are dead."

The ferry man said.

who thought quietly to himself
